These sessions can be booked as one-off projects or can be part of a longer-term mentoring programme. The choice is yours.

Marketing boost

You call us in for the day and we examine everything that you are doing to communicate your business to your customers. We will also ask you some questions about your target audience and what you are aiming to achieve. We go away and read your sales and marketing material, your advertising and your website. We play the role of the customer and experience your business from that simple perspective. We then put together a report including a number of ideas to boost your business and improve your marketing. We come back and discuss our ideas with you and create an action plan. This could also be done by telephone and email.

Start-up boost

You might be a small start-up business with a limited budget and need some structure and guidance in putting an initial marketing action plan together. We will send you a questionnaire in advance, meet with you for a 2-hour discussion, go away and put together a marketing ideas action plan for your new business and arrange a second meeting to go through it with you. This can be done by telephone and email if you prefer.

Sales boost

You want to improve sales within a key area of your business. We come in and explore what you are doing currently and discuss what you want to achieve. We go away and put together one or more tailor-made sessions designed to help your team refocus, brainstorm ideas and come up with an action plan they are committed to. We come back and deliver either a one-off or a series of sessions.

PR boost

You want to build your business’s profile within your local area but you cannot afford to pay a PR agency to help. We can help you to do this effectively yourself. We come in and run a PR strategy session with you and your team, teaching you how to get your business in the press, get articles into local magazines and to build relationships with the media. We will help you to brainstorm ideas and set a system in place to enable you to deliver your own PR. We can support this with a press release and article writing service if you require it.

Feedback boost

We can take a look at elements of your business marketing mix individually, give you feedback and ideas. This might be a look at your website, your sales strategy, your tele-marketing approach, your direct mail piece, your advertising. We send you a set of questions to complete beforehand, look at the area you want us to focus on and prepare you report. This can be done by telephone and email. If you require it, we can then help you to improve your marketing mix.

Ideas boost

You may simply need some ideas and some new sales and marketing methods. We ask you some questions, take a look at what you are doing currently and then come in and run a brainstorming session to help you come up with some ideas to add value and creativity to your current approach. We can also work with your sales and marketing team to encourage new ideas and a fresh approach.
